We recently launched a refreshed logo and new website for Charlotte land developer and general contractor Pace Development Group. The 35-year-old company had a history of creating sophisticated branding for the high-end communities they developed and marketed, but had neglected their own identity. They needed their new site to showcase the outstanding land development work for which they are well respected in the industry, but also present their custom homes division in a way that was appealing to homeowners shopping for a builder.
We created a new site that presents the history-rich, family-run firm in a warm, yet professional manner. The Welcome page serves as a sort of tour of their story and features parralax scrolling, and other pages are a more straightforward delivery of their portfolio and qualifications.
As for the logo revisions, we agreed their longstanding icon should remain, so I refreshed its design and updated typography for a more balanced, modern feel.
